Cory B. Suter
Cory B. Suter, Esq. strives to provide security in every day life for his clients. His focus is on truly listening to the needs of his clients and to deliver accessible legal services for entrepreneurs, professionals, and families alike.
Cory grew up and attended college and law school in Central Florida. He is a proud Double Hatter, attending Stetson University for his undergraduate and Juris Doctorate degrees. In college, Cory double majored, receiving a Bachelor's of Science in Political Science and a Bachelor's of Arts in American Studies. He received numerous awards and honors, including being inducted into Phi Beta Kappa, the oldest honor society for the liberal arts and sciences in the United States.
While attending Stetson College of Law, Cory was a member of Stetson's prestigious Moot Court Advocacy Board. He competed nationally, analyzing, briefing and arguing complex factual and legal issues in front of panels of state Justices and Judges. He was inducted into Phi Delta Phi Legal Honors Fraternity due to his commitment to excellence in learning and participated in the Honors Colloquium where he wrote an academic review of the reform of various copyright matters. Cory received multiple awards in law school including the E. Harris Drew Memorial Award: Excellency in Oral and Written Advocacy and the Edward D. Foreman Scholarship.
Cory has multiple years of experience in handling commercial litigation matters, focusing on creditor and contract claims involving small, regional, and national businesses and financial institutions. He now brings his knowledge of litigating complex contractual disputes to businesses, professionals, and entrepreneurs so that they may avoid the pitfalls and emotional turmoil that litigation may cause.
When Cory is not working to protect and advocate for his clients, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Jen, and dog, Wizard. Cory also enjoys photography, surfing, golf, and reading science fiction novels.
