David B. Falstad Of Counsel
Mr. Falstad practices in all aspects of criminal law including appeals, post-conviction relief and clemency petitions. Mr. Falstad graduated from Lake Brantley High School in Seminole County, Florida and graduated from University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. He later graduated from Duke Law School in 1987. After law school he worked as a law clerk for a judge on the First District Court of Appeal, where he gained extensive experience in criminal appeals and the review of motions for post-conviction relief.
Mr. Falstad subsequently worked for a number of years in the area of civil litigation including appeals. He then worked for the Office of the Public Defender. Since entering private practice, he has assisted numerous clients in criminal cases in both state and federal court.
